Join me at the beautiful Redwood Community Space classroom for an afternoon of herbal self-care. Whether you are brand new to herbalism or are a seasoned practitioner, Less Stress. More Bliss. is an opportunity to learn how to not only reduce stress in your life but to actually cultivate bliss with the help of our plant allies. We'll meet a number of healing plants, taste teas and elixirs, learn techniques to connect with plants on a heart level, and make our own custom bliss potion to carry the wisdom of the day with us outside of the classroom.

I recommend bringing a notebook and pen for note taking as well as your sense of wonder. Tea and simple snacks will be provided. Please note that the classroom is on the second-story of a building that does not have an elevator.
